- Housing and Workers Compensation insurance will be provided at no charge to the workers. Social security / Medicaid Taxes and Federal / State taxes will be withheld from U.S. Worker’s paychecks. Voluntary withholdings will be deducted from foreign workers’ paychecks at their request. Employer will make the following deductions when applicable: FICA, loans and advances, long-distance telephone charges the reasonable repair or replacement cost of willful or negligent damage to housing, tools and equipment caused by the worker (other than normal wear and tear). Worker who quit or are terminated for cause prior to completing 50% of the contract will be required to reimburse the employer for the full amounts of advanced and/or reimbursed transportation and subsistence.

Descripción del trabajo
General Farm and Ranch position will be required to perform any combination of the following tasks to attend to livestock and farming operation:monitor, care for and move livestock using 4-wheelers and side by sides and tractors to feed in the winter until able to move to pastures for grazing; operate sprayers, seeders, planters, and harvesting equipment; operate grain handling equipment; and clean bins. Must be able to operate tractors and farm implements required to plant, cultivate, and harvest hay and other crops; must manually hoist/stack hay bales; pick rocks, repair existing fence lines in rough terrain. Mechanical skills and experience are required to use equipment necessary to perform the tasks above. Worker will be required to perform routine mechanical repairs and maintenance on farm equipment. Must be able to find and maintain bearings to grazing areas and fields. The job entails working around farm machinery, a variety of farm animals as well as exposure to predators and snakes. Most duties are performed out of doors, and entail exposure to extreme heat, cold, dust, rain and other environmental conditions. Worker must be able to crouch, bend, lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Additional hours and split shifts needed during haying, calving season, planting and harvest. Drivers license required. Increased wages and or bonus may be possible depending on experience.
