Descripción del trabajo

Nature of Business Circle City Snow, LLC is a winter maintenance company providing snow removal services to clients throughout the Indianapolis, Indiana metro area. Our company has previously filed under Central Indiana Snow and Ice Management, LLC (88-2478500), but we have rebranded as Circle City Snow, LLC for the 2026-27 snow season. Our request for this certification is in line with our historical filing pattern. Regulatory Standards Per the regulations, a seasonal labor need is one in which the employers need for services or labor is traditionally tied to a season of the year by an event or pattern and is of a recurring nature. Employment is not considered seasonal if the period during which the services or labor is not needed is unpredictable or subject to change or is considered a vacation period for the employers permanent employees. The request for seasonal workers must also represent bona fide job opportunities for the number of workers requested. Temporary Need Our labor need is tied to the requested period of need by natural factors such as snowfall amounts and winter temperatures. The snow season lasts from mid-November through March. Additionally sub-freezing temperatures during this period mean that melting snow will refreeze overnight requiring continued services after the snow has initially been removed. Our season starts with checking the snow removal equipment making sure everything is in working condition. As the snow fall begins, workers are engaged in snow removal services at commercial and residential properties. By late February, snow fall begins to diminish and temperatures start to warm, ending the need for seasonal winter laborers. Number of Workers Based on analysis of our current business projections for the coming year we estimate a bona fide business need for 18 seasonal workers during the requested period of need. Summary Circle City Snow, LLC asserts that it has a seasonal need for 18 workers for the period beginning 11/17/2026 and ending 02/28/2027. This need is temporary, predictable, recurring, and represents bona fide job opportunities. We further anticipate that there are insufficient U.S. workers qualified, willing, able, and available to fill the positions. Accordingly, we assert that we satisfy the regulatory standards for participation in the H-2B Program.
