Deducciones de salario:

Housing and Workers Compensation insurance will be provided at no charge to the workers. Social security / Medicaid Taxes and Federal / State taxes will be withheld from U.S. Worker’s paychecks. Voluntary withholdings will be deducted from foreign workers’ paychecks at their request. Employer will make the following deductions when applicable: FICA, loans and advances, long-distance telephone charges the reasonable repair or replacement cost of willful or negligent damage to housing, tools and equipment caused by the worker (other than normal wear and tear). Worker who quit or are terminated for cause prior to completing 50% of the contract will be required to reimburse the employer for the full amounts of advanced and/or reimbursed transportation and subsistence.
