- Pay deductions:
- Housing and Workers Compensation insurance will be provided at no charge to the workers. Social security / Medicaid Taxes and Federal / State taxes will be withheld from U.S. Worker’s paychecks. Voluntary withholdings will be deducted from foreign workers’ paychecks at their request. Employer will make the following deductions when applicable: FICA, loans and advances, long-distance telephone charges the reasonable repair or replacement cost of willful or negligent damage to housing, tools and equipment caused by the worker (other than normal wear and tear). Worker who quit or are terminated for cause prior to completing 50% of the contract will be required to reimburse the employer for the full amounts of advanced and/or reimbursed transportation and subsistence.

Work description
This agricultural position has duties as follows; Packaging, sorting and preparing edible grains and lentils in 5 and 25 Lb bags. Readying the packages for direct farm to consumer shipping and mailing. This position does require repetitive movement, lifting, and standing on an assembly line. This position is seasonal in nature and occurs after harvest when the product is in bins, time dried and ready for packaging. Once the spring planting season begins this job has ended and work resumes to cultivate/plant/harvest these crops on the farm. Bonuses and increased wages possible depending on experience.
