Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Alliant Federation collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to alliantfederation.com and to the text message (SMS) program described below.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us when you use this site — for example, when you request an employer consultation, start health-plan enrollment, apply to a job opportunity, sign up for weekly job alert emails, or opt in to receive text messages. This can include your name, email address, phone number, employer or company name, your preferred language, your job search preferences (such as visa type, U.S. state, and minimum monthly pay), and the details of your message or application.
We also collect standard technical information automatically as you browse, such as your browser type, device information, and the pages you visit, through the analytics tools described in "Analytics and cookies" below.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to the requests you make on this site (consultations, enrollment, job applications), and to provide related customer care — including benefit information, enrollment assistance, appointment reminders, program updates, and administrative notifications. If you sign up for job alerts, we use your email address, name, language, and search preferences to send you the weekly job alert emails you requested.
We also use aggregated, non-identifying analytics data to understand how visitors use this site and to improve it.
Text message (SMS) communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to the service you requested: account verification codes, enrollment and application status updates, and — only if you separately opt in — marketing messages. Message frequency varies and cannot be predicted in advance. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or coverage. Full program details, including message types and how to manage transactional versus marketing messages separately, are in our SMS Terms.
Job alert emails
If you sign up for job alerts, we will first send you an email to confirm your address. If you do not confirm within 7 days, we delete your sign-up information. Confirming your address creates your Alliant Federation worker account.
Once confirmed, we send you one email each week with up to 20 new job opportunities that match your search. Some weeks there may be no matches. The opportunities come from public U.S. Department of Labor data. Including an opportunity in an email does not guarantee that it is still available or that you will be selected.
Our job alert emails contain small tracking images and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and whether a link was clicked. We use this only to know whether you still want to receive the alerts: if you have not opened or clicked any of your last 6 alert emails, we will ask whether you want to continue, and if you do not answer within 14 days, we will stop sending them.
Every job alert email includes links to change your search, pause the emails for up to 4 weeks, or unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from job alerts does not affect other services you have requested from us.
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your phone number — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
When you enroll in a health plan, we share the information needed to enroll you and keep your coverage active with the companies that provide it: SiriusPoint Specialty Insurance Corporation, the insurer of Gold and Silver; International Medical Group (IMG), which administers those plans and handles claims; Integrated SourceOne, which provides Virtual Urgent Care; and VisitorGuard, the insurance broker through which we offer Gold and Silver. Each of them uses this information only to provide that coverage or service, under its own privacy policy.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate this site and deliver the services you requested (such as hosting, email delivery — including job alerts — and SMS delivery platforms), or when required by law.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — such as page views and general session behavior — and to improve it. These tools may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser.
We also use your browser’s local storage to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. This site does not use cookies for sign-in or account sessions — you do not need an account to search opportunities or compare health plans.
Your rights over your data
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us as described below. We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested or as required by law.
If you unsubscribe from job alerts, we stop sending them immediately. We keep a record that you unsubscribed so that we do not email you again by mistake, and we keep your email history for 12 months before deleting it. You can ask us to delete your worker account and all related information at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.
