Who provides each service

Each company is responsible for its own part of the service:

SiriusPoint Specialty Insurance Corporation: Insurer of the Gold and Silver plans.
IMG (International Medical Group): Plan Administrator of Gold and Silver: handles claims, pre-certification and provider search.
Integrated SourceOne (ISO): Provides Virtual Urgent Care: a doctor by phone or video. It is not insurance.
VisitorGuard: The insurance broker through which we offer Gold and Silver.

What we are not

Alliant Federation is not an insurance carrier, a staffing agency, or a government office: we do not hire workers and we do not decide who gets a job.

We do not decide claims or guarantee coverage. Coverage decisions are made by the insurer.

Our job is to give you clear information so you can decide for yourself.
