These Messaging Terms and Conditions govern the use of text messaging and messaging services provided by Alliant Federation, including communications sent via SMS text messaging and WhatsApp messaging.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to the following terms.


1. Messaging Program Description

Alliant Federation may send communications to individuals who request information or services related to:

  • Health and wellness benefits

  • Telemedicine services

  • Enrollment assistance

  • Program updates

  • Customer service responses

  • Appointment reminders

  • Administrative notifications

Messages may also be sent on behalf of partner organizations that assist workers with employment or benefit programs in the United States.

Communications may be delivered through:

  • WhatsApp messages

  • Automated messaging systems

  • AI-assisted service communications

These communications are intended to support enrollment, customer service, and program administration.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Alliant Federation services.

You may receive several messages per month depending on your engagement with the program.


4. Message and Data Rates (SMS)

Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS text messages, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Alliant Federation is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

WhatsApp messages may use internet data depending on your mobile plan.


5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may stop receiving SMS or WhatsApp communications at any time.

To opt out:

Reply STOP to any SMS message.

You may also request removal by contacting us directly.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Common opt-out keywords include:

STOP
END
UNSUBSCRIBE
QUIT
CANCEL

For WhatsApp, you may also:

  • Send a message requesting removal

  • Block the WhatsApp contact

  • Request removal through customer support

Alliant Federation will honor opt-out requests promptly.
