These Messaging Terms of Service, Consent, and Privacy Policy (“Messaging Terms”) govern your receipt of text communications from Alliant Federation (“Alliant Federation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including communications sent by SMS and WhatsApp.
By providing your mobile phone number, checking an opt-in box, signing a form, submitting a web form, or otherwise agreeing to receive messages from us, you agree to these Messaging Terms.
1. Scope of Messaging Services
Alliant Federation may send you communications by SMS and/or WhatsApp in connection with:

enrollment assistance
account or application updates
appointment reminders
support and customer service
program updates
educational information
promotional or marketing messages, where permitted by law
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us, your account activity, and the services you request.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring messages from Alliant Federation through SMS and/or WhatsApp at the number you provided.
Your consent applies to informational, transactional, customer service, and, where permitted, marketing messages.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive promotional text messages in order to obtain services from Alliant Federation unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific program.
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided or that you have authority to consent to receive messages at that number.
3. Message Charges
For SMS messages, message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
For WhatsApp messages, data charges may apply according to your mobile data plan, Wi-Fi usage, or internet service agreement.
Alliant Federation is not responsible for carrier or data charges imposed by your provider.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time.

After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable program unless you opt in again.

12. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to update us if your mobile number changes.
