Work description
We need seasonal employees to operate a fertilizer spreader, tractors, and tankers to spread manure on the fields during the winter months when there are no crops in the ground to prepare for the spring planting season. Employees will need to pump and empty manure pits. Employees will also need to excavating equipment to move dirt to prepare fields for planting in the spring. Furthermore, we will need employees to assist with installing and doing pre-spring maintenance on irrigation equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
