- Pay deductions:
- The employer will make all deductions required by law, including federal, state, and local income taxes (if applicable), and court-ordered deductions such as, but not limited to, child support or garnishments. Additional deductions may include stop-payment or check replacement fees, repayment of overpaid wages, and any other deductions authorized by the worker in writing. The employer will also make voluntary deductions authorized in writing in accordance with state law by the worker and may include, but are not limited to, income tax withholding for H-2A workers upon request, retirement plan contributions, health insurance premiums, loan repayments, cash advances, long-distance telephone charges, data plan costs, and services like internet or cable.

Work description
Inspect, sort, grade, clean, and store harvested grain. Monitor stored grain for moisture, temperature, insects, spoilage, odors, damage, and other changes in condition. Collect grain samples and assist with testing for moisture, test weight, foreign material, damage, quality, grade, and GMO presence. Operate farm-provided grain testing equipment and record test results. Identify grain lots and report grain quality problems or other changes to the farm manager. Handle and condition stored grain as needed, including drying, cooling, aerating, turning, blending, screening, and cleaning. Maintain separation of organic, conventional, transitional, and identity-preserved grain lots to prevent mixing or contamination. Check crop type, variety, quality, lot identification, and storage location before handling or moving grain. Measure and record grain inventory, bin levels, temperature, moisture, quality, grade, test results, and quantities moved. Remove foreign material, screenings, and spoiled grain from stored grain. Move and load grain for storage, sale, or shipment as directed by the farm manager. Maintain records of crop storage, handling, conditioning, inventory, and shipments. Clean and maintain grain handling equipment and work areas. Follow farm safety procedures and instructions while handling crops and operating farm equipment. Farming with: Corn, Soy Bean. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
