- Pay deductions:
- All deductions required by law will be made from the worker’s paycheck. Social security, federal and state (if applicable) taxes will only be deducted from foreign H-2A workers upon written request. All workers are subject to reasonable repair cost of damage for the repair/replacement of tools and or equipment and the reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities and vehicles if worker is shown to have caused the shortage or damage by a dishonest or willful act. This may be charged to worker after damage has occurred and upon employees written authorization to make the deduction. Workers who quit or are terminated for cause prior to completing 50% of the contract will be required to reimburse the employer for the full amounts of advanced and/or reimbursed transportation and subsistence.

Work description
Duties include receiving crop for drying and storage at grain storage facility; disposing of spoiled grain; transporting grain from fields to grain bins; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; operating augers and grain conveying equipment; monitoring grain moisture levels; preparing scale tickets; and shoveling grain. Employees will also perform mechanical repair and maintenance on and around grain bins for quality assurance. Job opportunity requires having or being able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy skills are required. Job will require periods when workers may be exposed to varying weather conditions.
