Employer may deduct the reasonable cost of damages &/or replacement of tools &/or equipment if such repair or replacement results from willful neglect or gross negligence after damage has occurred & after gaining the employee's written authorization to make the deduction. Employer may deduct the reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities & vehicles after damage has occurred and after gaining the employee's written authorization to make the deduction. Employer will deduct the adverse housing adjustment for any H-2A worker staying in employer provided housing.

Work description
We farm 1,100 acres of pecans and 1,450 acres of alfalfa. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing/harvesting these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will be required to operate farm machinery, ie, tractors and harvest equipment. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
