Work description
Weaning. Feeding cattle. Working and vaccinating cattle. Maintaining feed equipment. Inspect livestock for illness/injuries. Maintaining winter grazing fences. Prepping ranch barns and grounds for freeze. Opening frozen water tanks. Snow removal. Shipping calves to market. Moving cattle to calving pastures in January. Prep barns and cattle for calving. Cleaning barns. Prepping hay equipment. Maintain fencing summer pastures. Branding cattle. Moving cattle to summer pasture end of May/ beginning of June. May need to drive to town to pick up cattle supplies. Farming with: Beef Cattle. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
