- The employer will make all deductions from pay required by law. Taxes will be deducted if applicable under Federal, State, and local laws. Any money advances made to employee by employer may be deducted from paycheck. Reasonable repayment for cost of intentional damages to property of employer may be deducted from paycheck. Workers must pre-authorize any voluntary deductions, if applicable. All deductions will comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and applicable state law. No deductions will be made which will bring the employee's hourly wage below the Federal Minimum Wage.

Work description
Crawfishing; place crawfish trap stakes in the pond; set out crawfish traps; remove crawfish traps and stakes; stock crawfish ponds; manually cutting up fish bait, baiting traps; operating motorized and push crawfish boats, crawfishing involves removing traps from the pond, emptying crawfish onto sorting tray in boat, sorting crawfish and removing foreign matter then placing crawfish into sacks; traps are re-baited and put back into pond; frequent stooping and lifting traps from pond; repair crawfish traps as needed; weigh and tag crawfish; wash and grade crawfish; load crawfish in trucks to deliver to markets/customers; load and unload trucks. Fertilize, spot spray weeds, spraying to maintain vegetation; Monitor field water levels and field water maintenance; Cleaning and treating of the seed rice for planting; Driving a tractor, prepare crawfish ponds; plow fields, planting green rice crop; upkeep of worksites, including mowing grass, weed eating, gathering and removing of debris and litter, weed/pest control; Helping repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, farm roads, fences and worksites.
