Virtual Urgent Care does not pay for hospital stays, surgery or ER visits. If you want that protection, the Gold and Silver plans include virtual care plus temporary medical insurance.

No. Gold and Silver already include Virtual Urgent Care.

Who pays for it?

If you sign up on your own, you pay for it. If the company hiring you offers the service, it depends on their program: some pay for it and some share the cost. Ask your employer or message us on WhatsApp.

Can my family use it too?

Yes. Your membership covers your whole family at no extra cost. You do not need to register them.

Does it work in every state?

Yes, you can get care from anywhere in the United States.

How long does it last?

As long as you choose, for example the length of your seasonal contract.
