- Pay deductions:
- All deductions required by law. Any willful destruction of property will also be deducted as allowable by Federal and State Law. As applicable, personal use of employer vehicles for non-work purposes, satellite dish and internet connections in housing, and other expenses primarily for the benefit of the workers. Workers will be responsible for maintaining housing in a neat, clean manner. Reasonable repair cost of damage, other than that caused by normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the earnings of work found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. All deductions, as applicable, will be reasonable and will not include any profit of the employer.

Work description
Drive and control equipment to support agricultural activities such as tilling soil/planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops; feeding and herding livestock; or removing animal waste. Perform accurate planting/spraying/fertilizing/irrigation needs for the field (hay, silage, corn) and maximize the yields of crop off of each field. Harvest materials timely to get optimal quality/yield per acre. Perform mechanical upkeep on planting and harvesting equipment. Report and record all supplies needed for crop inputs and outputs. Operate the scale and verify scale tickets. Answer the phone, and backup to cook when absent. Process and/or treat cattle according to established procedures. Provide the best care for all cattle. Assist in all aspects of animal health. Provide accurate rations distributed to the cattle. Provide care/service to the feed loader. The work day may begin / end earlier or later on any given day and evening. Typical workweek is Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., with potential nights and weekends required depending on the crops and weather.
