- • The employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. • The employer will deduct any written pre-approved deduction requested by employee • Optional & Voluntary 3rd party housing may be available at $165 - $185/ WK and may be voluntarily payroll deducted biweekly • Waterloo Hospitality could act as guarantor for timely rent payment however, lease is directly with 3rd party service provider & between employees & housing company as Waterloo Hospitality has no housing of its own • Housing Deposits and/or a $250 nonrefundable administrative fee may be required if you choose the voluntary optional 3rd party housing •Third party housing provider/landlord may require that the last 8 weeks of rent (covering August 18, 2026 to Oct 13 2026) be prepaid upfront or payroll deducted in installments of $150 per pay period until full payment is achieved. This pre-paid last 8 wks rent is nonrefundable

Work description
Waterloo Hospitality Inc. is a seasonal cleaning service company that primarily cleans homes, houses, condos, villas, cottages, guest rooms and public areas at designated clients and areas. Our primary product is Housekeeping, we also do culinary activities such as Cooks, Servers, and dishwashers. Waterloo started its Ogunquit operations in December 2024. 3 to 5 of our male cleaners will be expected to drive laundry shuttle to move dirty laundry from housekeeping department to laundry facilities and back to housekeeping department. This is the reason we have included Shuttle drivers in our Job description. Waterloo has its own on-site supervisors with direct employee supervision. Waterloo Hospitality Inc. housekeepers wear our uniforms with name tags. We utilize daily time systems to keep track of hours worked. Supplies are utilized at each work site free of charge to the housekeepers. Waterloo Hospitality Inc. offers optional housing assistance to all its employees (H2B or local) where applicable. WATERLOO Housekeepers & Drivers will be working in the Cape Neddick, ME area where the demand is high for seasonal housekeepers during the peak winter/ summer season. Office hours are 9am to 5pm daily during the season. Cape Neddick, Maine and surrounding areas are very busy tourist destinations. It is adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean, along southern Maines coast. Just an hour northeast of Boston, Massachusetts, the area serves a vibrant tourist community with Skiing, shopping, art, water adventure, beaches, and entertainment. The nearby towns of Ogunquit, York, Kennebunkport, and Kittery offer guests and staff members recreational activities from kayaking, lobster cruises, hiking, Skiing nearby mountains, fishing, surfing, shopping, scenic cruises, foliage tours, and gourmet restaurants. Winter destination weddings, skiing and corporate retreats are popular during the winter months. The town offers a calm anchorage for at least 75 crafts, inns and hotels for each tourists accommodation. The area is filled with thousands of locals and tourists traveling from all over the U.S and Canada. Surrounded by miles of beach and fishing harbors, it is a perfect vacation site.
