Pay deductions:
All deductions from the worker's paycheck will be made as required by law. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. Written agreement will be provided for any deductions made from H-2A workers' pay. EMPLOYER FURNISHED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: The employer will furnish, without cost, all tools, supplies, or equipment required in the performance of work. Crews will be responsible for vehicles, tools, and equipment assigned to them. Deductions will be taken for lost tools, misuse causing damage, and destruction of tools and equipment. Vehicles must be kept clean and deductions will be made for necessary cleaning, damages, due to misuse, and reckless operation. Other: Social Security, Federal Tax , State Tax , Willful destruction of property

Work description

On farms, construction of agricultural buildings. Measure and layout structure. Excavate footings and level earth to grade specifications. Tend water or concrete pumps and hoses, compressors and/or generators. Position, join, align concrete forms, such as concrete wall sections or columns. Add strengthening materials and place all concrete. Clean site. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs for 75 yards. One month of wall-form setter experience required.
