Pay deductions:

Reasonable repair costs of damage, other than that caused by normal wear and tear, will be charged to workers found responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. FICA taxes and federal income tax withholdings as required by Federal, State, and local law for applicable US workers cash advances and repayment of loans, repayment of overpayment of wages to the worker. IF DAMAGES TO JOBSITE, HOUSING, AND OR COMPANY PROVIDED EQUIPMENT, IS DETERMINED TO BE CAUSED BY THE NEGLEGANCE OF THE WORKER, EMPLOYER WILL DEDUCT REPAIR AND REPLACE COSTS FROM THE WORKER OR WORKERS PAYCHECK.
