Raises/bonuses may be offered to workers at company’s sole discretion based on work performance, skill, tenure. Optional housing is available from $700 to $800 per month depending on location of bathroom, it requires a security deposit equal to a half month’s rent, and payments are not deducted from paycheck and handled separately. Employer offers to help workers find housing. Paid weekly using a single workweek as the standard for computing wages due. Standard payroll deductions as required by law.
