- None. The employer does not provide housing. The employer will assist workers in locating rental housing in the Gunnison Valley (Crested Butte South, Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, Almont and Gunnison, Colorado). Any housing the worker chooses to rent is at the worker's own expense: the worker pays rent and any deposit directly to the landlord, and no housing cost of any kind is deducted from the worker's wages. Acceptance of the employer's assistance is optional.

Work description
Tully's is a restaurant in Crested Butte, Colorado, a resort community whose business volume rises sharply during its two annual tourist seasons: the winter ski season and the summer visitor season. During each of these recurring peak periods, Tully's requires one (1) additional Waitstaff to sustain its core pizza, salad, and appetizer service. This need is directly tied to the seasonal influx of tourism in each period and recedes during the shoulder months between seasons, when demand does not support the additional staffing. Crested Butte's severe workforce housing shortage has displaced the local labor pool that hospitality employers historically relied on, and the town's geographic isolation makes commuting from other areas impractical. Tully's has recruited locally for years without success and has exhausted the available labor market. Without approval of these two positions in time for the start of each season, Tully's projects a line-item revenue loss exceeding 50% and may be forced to reduce hours or partially close during its peak periods. The employer attests that this need is genuinely temporary, recurs annually with the winter and summer tourist seasons identified above, and does not constitute a year-round staffing requirement.
